I'm lugging my office A/C unit up three flights of stairs. I'm wheezing badly.
I am horribly out of shape.

Eventually you ask yourself, "Is there somewhere up here I can store this thing?" We finally left the ac units on our landing on this floor instead of lugging them from basement to third floor--four stories. And when I say "we" it means "I."
I'd have to get rid of some of my ancient old computers to make room for my A/C. (Hrm...moving PCs for ACs....) Or just leave the damn thing in the window.
Why lug that monstrosity when you can have your very own fan waiving slave cool you off and feed you iced grapes?
Seriously though, why couldn't one of your officemates lend a hand. I would if I was around.
Because I work at home and my officemates are cats -- who can't be trained to wave fans, unfortunately. :-)
