Speaking as a generally introverted person, and someone who really doesn't like IM or high interrupt rates, this seems about right to me.

thanks for this link. i learned a lot about introversion, including that i think i'm more of an introvert than i thought i was.
My favorite take on the Myers-Briggs test (credit to a grad school labmate) is that it's basically "Are you an introvert? Are you an introvert? Are you an introvert? Guess what -- you're an introvert!
